From a review of USCIS records, we understand that your constituent's
permanent residency case has been pulled and is currently in the pre-
adjudicate stage pending Name check/Fingerprint results from the FBI.Once
this is completed, your constituent's case will be placed in a quene
awaiting assignment to an officer for adjudication at the Nebraska Service
Center. We are currently unable to determine the date on which this case
will be assigned to an adjudicating officer.
有人知道这个pre-adjudicate state是什么吗？是不是NSC已经看了决定要批了，但是
发现Background check还没有clear，就先放下了。只要background check完成了就可
以批了？
另外有没有办法催FBI呢？ | G*********o
