然和我之前一次online SR一样的回复。你们看看，USCIS这不是滥用模板，到底该信哪
个？SR？infopass？Tier 2？还是senator？
我得到的信件回复是：
The status of this service request is:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your
application is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final review
by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa
availability based off your category and priority date. Please keep your
mailing address current to avoid missing any correspondence or notices.
We hope this information is helpful to you.

senator得到的回复是：
USCIS electronic records indicate that an element of background check
process was initiated in your constituent's permanent residency case; and it
is not yet complete. After this process is complete, the Alien file (A-file
) containing the aforementioned Form I-485 may be referred to an
administrative review which will facilitate the return of this case to an
officer for adjudication at the NSC.
While we are unable to determine date on which this permanent residency case
will be assigned to an adjudicating officer and when the adjudication
process my be compete, you may submit a follow-up inquiry to the NSC
congressional Unit after approximately 30-45 days from the date of this e-
mail message.

发帖数: 825 | 6 老实说，都不信。对于超出时间未approve的485，他们只能拿background check来搪塞
。这个所谓的BC还没clear，可能只需要摁个enter那么简单，但他们就不做。即使议员
真追究起来，也不能说他们错，况且议员也不会为这么一点小事跟他们大动干戈。
上议员催是对的，给他们点压力总是好的。但不要对这个回复太在意，该怎么样就怎么

议员是10/29得到回复的。按理说我的case一个月内是做不了SR的。这次SR是以T1D***
开始的。
奇怪了，不过这次直接under review了。。。应该是好消息吧？ |

过去；然后把材料给IO发现基本已齐全所以又给你发了这个email。 |
