因为他还在上学 地址改到现在住的地方学费就会涨 所以他驾照上的地址一直就没改
他因为只partime工作 收入没有达到$20000的标准
我本身是H1B 有稳定工作
instruction上说我 即intending immigrant的收入 可以算作household收入 可以用来
达到$20000的标准
原话是
If you included the income of the intending immigrant who is your spouse，
you must provide evidence that his/her income will continue from the current
source after obtaining lawful permanent resident status, and the intending
immigrant must provide evidence that he or she is living in your residence
意思是要是要用我的收入来支持 就必须提供拿到绿卡后仍然有工作的凭证和住在同一
个residence的凭证
但是后面又有一句 Income from the intending immigrant, if that income will
continue from the same source after immigration, and if the intending
immigrant is currently living in your residence. If the intending immigrant
is your spouse, his or her income can be counted regardless of current
residence, but it must continue from the same source after he or she becomes
a lawful permanent resident;
网上很多文章也都说只要与sponsor是夫妻关系 不管是不是住在同一个residence都
可以用intending immigrant的收入来count household income

请问是我理解有问题？还是USCISZ自相矛盾？ residence的地址必须一样才可以用我的
收入来填这个表？

sponsor的配偶无论怎么样都可以当sponsor的household member，但是不是配偶的人要
是sponsor的dependent或跟sponsor住在一起才能当sponsor的household member。
所以你不跟配偶住在一起也无所谓。
只是说的不清楚而已。 |

填表的时候该按驾照填呢 还是填现在同居的地方？
填现在同居的地方会不会因为与驾照不符而被怀疑呢

发帖数: 85 | 5 原则上只要你们是合法夫妻关系，地址不在一起也没问题，只要面试的时候被问到能解
释清楚。你的这个情况，你收入高于你的sponsor配偶是没有任何问题的。申请的时候
可以请公司出具employment 证明，用来做证“ but it must continue from the same
source after he or she becomes
a lawful permanent resident;” 至于residence，不要太纠结，认识朋友婚姻绿卡下
来relocate然后换工作的，没有任何问题。
此外，通常婚姻绿卡申请，有你们共同地址的文件例如joint lease, joint bank
account，是比较有利的支持文件。在你们分句的这种情况下，你们如果有joint tax
return是最好的。

这些表格 i-130 i-485什么的 其实都没有要求一定要交驾照的复印件。。。
所以不交会不会好一点。。。还是不交反而可疑？
网上不少人说325的地址一定要一样 不然会被怀疑
