已经8个月了，刚收到的email通知。惊天噩耗啊！！！
“Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
Your Case Status: Decision
On March 7, 2016, we began reviewing your Form I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR
ALIEN WORKER, Receipt Number LINxxxx. We mailed you a notice informing you
of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions
in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive
your notice by March 21, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-
5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new
mailing address.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision.
Log-in to your myUSCIS account to view your case history and understand what
you can expect to happen next on your case.
Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website at under Check

是怎么回事。

奖，也是invited membership。主要是引用太少，review做了很多。律师让我弄了13封
推荐信，包括editor的，membership,得奖之类的。

发帖数: 926 | 22 这个case还可以啊，引用太少不能算弱。估计是遇到苛刻的officer了。和公司律师好
好谈谈，看他们有没有这NOID的经验。实在不行，就找个外面的懂行的律师做
consultant。

发帖数: 57 | 25 公司律师不太清楚，好像在旧金山。开始申请前就跟HR谈过好多次，要用外面的律师，
公司不同意，没办法，而且他们帮我差不多背景的一个同事办成功了。这种事情尽人事
，听天命。

发帖数: 793 | 26 同感，和我们公司一样。你可以问问自己雇外面律师准备材料，自己出钱，然后把资料
给公司律师签字。这样HR那边没有问题。前提是外面的律师肯这样做。
