485 is approved. If she will be here for full 6 months for this stay, she
can come and file I-485 here after 3 or 4 months in US and wait for AP
approval befoer she returns to China. |

Filing I-482 would give us two options, one is US consulate interview in
China, and the other is B2 visiting in the states. However I am worried
USCIS would have records of immigrant intent once file the I482, which would
deny her entry in US custom.

her B2 visit when CBp questions her immigrant intent at port of entry. |

你的意思是可以申请482，B2签证来美国不会受影响，只要能和CBP解释清楚。

only chance she will be able to enter USA will be after passing the
immigrant visa interview in GuangZhou. |

and 140转到NVC, 不知道现在海关有没有file 482的记录，或者多久之后才又482得记
录？
