这项用H1B的Approval Notice就行吧？
我主要是根据http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t2/I485/31170323.html准备的材料。她每项都有Birth Certificate，Copy of nonimmigrant visa and stamps和School Verification。这些我在I-765和I-131官方说明都没看到，所以我只在I-485材料里有这几项，在I-765和I-131材料就没放。这样可以吧？大家帮忙看看，还缺什么么？谢谢啦！祝大家申请顺利！ | w******n

Initial Evidence, 3. Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa
If you have obtained a nonimmigrant visa(s) from a U.S. Embassay or
consulate within the last year, submit a photocopy(ies) of the pages of the
passport containing the visa(s).
只需要一年内的Visa。我目前是H1B。以前的I-20s还需要么？
不过打算把SSN和driver license加上

发帖数: 13202 | 4 附上所有的I-20s是为了评审员节省background的检查时间。因为是说明你在美国所有
的时间段都是合法居留。
附上所有的证据还是有用的。
