了指纹，到现在为止还没有收到EAD/AP.
现在我在用OPT, 七月初到期，今年H1b抽中了，但要10月份才生效。
请问大家7月到10月之间gap,能不能申请OPT extension? 或者有其它办法吗？

每次看见这种贴，就很感慨本版，想想不在本班的同学，包括外国同学，特别我的一些
同事，完全没地方咨询(即使花钱找律师，现在各种不靠谱) |

调让我到时候Update I-20到9月30号来填补CAP-GAP~~当时也咨询了我的移民律师她说
这个CAP-GAP的I-20和OPT Extension是两码事不会影响485的~~因为当时要RENEW驾照的
缘故所以就更新了I-20~~
