发帖数: 682 | 1 终于打通了tier 2电话，那边说我刚做了SR，显示说在等140 approval (SR回复如下)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your
application is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final review
by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa
availability based on your category and priority date.
然后问我要了I-140 approval date and I140 receipt #，说是给我file a note写了
140已批，两个星期内会给我寄封信之类的。。。这个SR回复是模板吧，系统里面难道
还不知道我140批没批？然后我问background check有没有结束，那边不回答我，只是
说waiting for 140 approval for final decision
这莫名其妙的，等于啥都没问到 |
