（之前弄完了推荐信）， 这个support letter里 前三章分别是 Petitioner，
Position， Beneficiary，分别是公司，职位和我的情况。请问这个是Petition
Letter吗？ |

pl是有很长的围绕1b的标准一条一条的论证过程。
你这个仅仅是单位的支持证明而已。
只是一个论证的证据之一，材料的百分之一而已

我已经弄完推荐信，F正在准备PL过程中，我问律师
just want to confirm that you will send the petition letter to me for review
before filing
结果他们给我回
It typically takes our team around 4-5 weeks to draft, edit and compile the
necessary information to file the final petition. We can send you a copy of
the support letter once we are closer to filing.
所以我也有点糊涂到底他们所谓的support letter是不是PL |

发帖数: 32 | 7 问过律师了，这个support letter就是PL。这个support letter大概有八九页，除了介
绍公司，申请人情况 它也确实阐述了authorship（包括presentation） review ，
internationally recognition等等。真心有点糊涂了。。。
