让他们用自己的模版再copy paste推荐信，发现他连copy&paste都懒得干。 现在他还
没有加exhibit，说是初稿。他的意思是移民局的搭眼一看就得出结论了，你写的很长
，很可能也没什么用。 我回信跟他说我不想让我的case看着和别人的不一样，毕竟
case不强。
第一页上有这些内容：
At the outset, the legal standard held to be controlling in a visa petition
such as this case is the “preponderance of the evidence” standard, as is
reiterated in Matter of Chawathe, 25 I & N Dec. (2010) which standard
requires that the evidence demonstrate that the applicant’s claim is “
probably true,” where the determination of “truth” is made based on the
factual circumstances of each individual case. Matter of E-M-, 20 I&N Dec.
77, 79-80 (Comm’r 1989). In evaluating the evidence, Matter of E-M- also
stated that “[t]ruth is to be determined not by the quantity of evidence
alone but by its quality.” Id. at 80. Thus, in adjudicating the application
pursuant to the preponderance of the evidence standard, the director must
examine each piece of evidence for relevance, probative value, and
credibility, both individually and within the context of the totality of the
evidence, to determine whether the fact to be proven is probably true.
The case further states that “…Even if the director has some doubt as to
the truth, if the petitioner submits relevant, probative, and credible
evidence that leads the director to believe that the claim is “more likely
than not” or “probably” true, the applicant or petitioner has satisfied
the standard of proof. See INS v. Cardoza-Fonseca, 480 U.S. 421, 431 (1987)
(discussing “more likely than not” as a greater than 50% chance of an
occurrence taking place). If the director can articulate a material doubt,
it is appropriate for the director to either request additional evidence or,
if that doubt leads the director to believe that the claim is probably not
true, deny the application or petition”.
我们学科paper少，引用低， 但这是不是明显的显示不自信啊？要不要让律师去掉？我
