议员抄送了下面的回复给我，好像是模板回复，说是90天内会有消息。说是still
under review, 也没说background是不是clear之类的。我是10月19号RD的case，大家
看看还要等多久？

not yet complete. If the constituent have not received a decision or other
notice of action on this case within 90 days, from the date of this email,
please contact us for updates. Please assure your constituent that USCIS
will give this Form I-485 pending case a full and fair review under
