wegreened上的前两条一样，第三条是：
(a) the offer of a tenured or tenure-track teaching position or the offer a
comparable research position, OR (b) the offer of a research position having
no fixed term and in which the employee will ordinarily have an expectation
of permanent employment, OR (c) the offer of a comparable research position
with a private employer if the employer has at least three full-time
researchers and documented accomplishments in the research field.
为什么移民局的说明里没有详细的（a）(b)(c)? 我朋友七八年前在某teaching school
当AP时通过张哲瑞手下某韩国律师办的EB-1b，PL里写的是Dr. xx has been offered a
research and teaching position with no fixed term and has an expectation of
permanent employment...
看来是用的wegreend上的(b), 可是tenure-track AP为什么不用（a）呢？ |
