Evidence to establish the petitioner can pay the proffered wage.
Evidence of documented accomplishments in an academic field. A list of
publication is not documented achievements. please submit documentary
evidence that the petitioner's publication has been widely cited.
The petitioner did not submit documentary evidences that it employs these
employers.Please submit documentary evidence that petitioner employs three
full time researcher and their job duties.
第一个是不是交一个公司的税表就可以了。
第二个我把每篇paper的citation number 写了以下。 然后做了一个citation
analysis(和自己140 的那个分析差不多)， 还有公司获得的一些奖励
第三个比较麻烦， 怎么才能证明我们公司employs these employers? 我把每个人 的
job duties 都描述了以下。老板写封信证明一下。 不知道还有什么办法证明？
是不是这次补的材料不好就没有机会了？

这个花些钱找一下律师吧。问题不大，准备材料的不是太好而已。

表决机器。

发帖数: 285 | 4 感觉RFE这三样东西都不算难的。只要不是再提供推荐信就好。这些东西都是可以自己
搞定的，最多公司帮忙一下。
1. 公司的税表，可以证明公司有能力聘请做research的人就好了吧。
2. 感觉最好挑出来被人引用的文章是top 级别的journal等，光是citation还不太够，
最好是cited后又发表到牛杂志。
3. 我是公司律师让我找三个RD同事，介绍其研究内容，另外附上CV和W2。比较有说服
力（W2同样证明No. 1: 可以聘请这些员工）。

司，只是指导你自己准备材料。 |
