Q1：我的绿卡最近已经批了，EB1A后485在TSC拖了21个月才批，LD还没交485，结婚是
在485pending期间approve之前，跟大家确认一下LD是不是还是可以作为derivative直
接follow to join?
Q2：LD的公司正在帮他办EB1B，但是公司的律师有点慢，140还不知道什么时候送出去
。公司律师还不帮忙pp，打算跟律师谈co-filing140和485节省点时间。
照今年的情形明年五六月份估计就又没配额了，所以现在又想早点交上485说不定还能
赶上趟。可不可以两个EB1的485一块弄？ |

485作为follow to join和LD自己1B申请，最终拿卡速度有差别吗，忘了说是在TSC辖区？

Personally, I think it's best for your husband to file 485 as your follow-to
-join derivative NOW so he can have an early receipt date for 485. (TSC
currently processes cases faster than NSC)
At the same time, let the company file EB1B for him, too.
This way, it might cost more money, but in worst case the first 485 he files
(based on your marriage) is denied for any reason, he still has his own 140
. And if his 140 gets approved earlier, you then may consider to relink 485
to his own 140.

他任何原因都不能收益于一个新的140吧？ |

发帖数: 602 | 16 LD的EB1B应该还是很稳的，有100+citation还有个1st author project有大量媒体报道
，NPR，BBC都有报道。人家想靠自己申，而且公司也已经开始帮他弄了。只是自己开始
弄起来发现公司律师做事太慢，又不让PP，non-pp速度都得靠RP，接下来485快慢也纯
粹运气。加上这两年5月到10月基本没几个批，我整天催着他跟着我递485。。。想明年
夏天一起回国，照TSC这速度都难说。
