Your constituent’s file has been processed and is now pending assignment to
an officer at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC). Employment Based (EB)
Form I-485 cases are worked on a first in, first out basis, therefore, your
constituent’s case will be assigned to an officer in the order it was
received and the priority date of the underlying Form I-140. If your
constituent has not receive a decision or other notice of action within 45
days, you may contact us for an update. Please note that we are unable to
grant requests to expedite the adjudication processes in permanent residency
cases.

officer for adjudication”。一个多月后议员回复“have been assigned to an
officer for adjudication”。
