2017/10/24 重新current然后过了NSC处理的时间开始第一次找议员得到的回复如下：
Based on an approved I-140 petition, it appears that your constituent may be
eligible to adjust status. I have emailed our I-485 team to ensure the case
is progressing as it should through our systems. Can you check back with me
in 30-45 days if xxx has not received a decision or any other notice from
us in that time?
2017/11/9 收到RFE重新体检
2017/11/30 网页更新RRFE收到
2017/12/15联系议员办公室跟进得到的回复如下:
Our records show that on November 30, 2017, we received a response to our
Request for Evidence (RFE) from xxx. The RFE response was connected to the
case file and the file was returned to the adjudications officer that send
the RFE. Although assigned, I am unable to predict the date a final decision
will be made.
2018/1/15 再次联系议员办公室得到的回复如下：
Our records show that the case was returned to the officer that sent the RFE
. However, the file has now been assigned to a supervisory adjudications
officer. I reached out to that supervisor this morning to convey the
congressional interest in the case.Can you check back with me in 30 days if
xxx has not received a decision or other notice from us in that time?”
2018/1/24 联系senator在网上填了表
2018/1/25 we ordered your new card
2018/1/29 we mailed your new card
个人经验： 从16年10月25号到18年1月25号，整整15个月。 感觉找议员还是很有用的
。RFE 和最后的approval 都是在议员办公室联系了USCIS之后不久得到的。senator到
现在也没有任何进展。最后希望在等待的同学们春节前都能绿。 |
