时候可以file i-765来申请工卡。但是在i-765 instruction的第一页写到：
If you are a lawful permanent resident, a conditional permanent resident, or
a nonimmigrant only authorized for
employment with a specific employer under 8 CFR 274a.12(b), do not use Form
I-765.

其中第9条： A temporary worker or trainee (H-1, H-2A, H-2B, or H-3),
pursuant to § 214.2(h) of this chapter, or a nonimmigrant specialty
occupation worker pursuant to section 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b1) of the Act
所以这个意思是因为她现在是h1b所以不能填i-765申请ead？我有点搞不清，因为看板
上各种经验里都是有765申请ead工卡的呀？

如果你基于其他基础（譬如I-485）申请工卡，可以。不会影响她的H1b身份。 | w*******d
