如果你要回美国，而且离开美国一年以下，可以递交I-131A、交$575、去美国使馆拿
transportation letter。

其实，美国政府是允许航空公司让过期十年绿卡的人登机的。

Cards with expired I-551s may be boarded without penalty if the card was
issued with a 10-year expiration date.
但是几乎没有航空公司会让你用过期绿卡登机。而且中国边检也不会让你出境。所以只
能出$575办transportation letter。看

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) policy allows a transportation
carrier bound for the United States to let you to board without carrier
documentation if you are:
* An LPR with an expired Green Card that was issued with a 10-year

Check with your airline or transportation carrier before you file Form I-
131A because, in some situations, they may still refuse to let you board
even if you are in one of the categories above. In that case, you will need
