campus. The address is "903 Fifth Street" in West Lafayette.
We also have one bedroom available for a female tenant in a house also right
on the Purdue campus. The address is "613 Waldron Street" in West
Lafayette.
The rent is $330/month and the utilities are about $80/month/tenant,
averaged over a year. (Utilities are higher in winter and lower in summer).
The houses have a clothes washer and dryer, a kitchen,and wireless internet
access.
