increase is the theoretical limit. But that doesn't make
a difference for a speed of 56K(actually limit is 53K)
at all. Just as there is no way to opportimize a 8086
to run as fast as a Pentium IV, don't bother it at all.
It's no worth. Just try DSL or Cable.
