TD Ameritrade to purchase thinkorswim for $606M.
"Shareholders of thinkorswim, an online brokerage and investor education
provider, will receive $3.34 in cash and 0.398 shares of TD Ameritrade for
every share of thinkorswim they own. Based on TD Ameritrade's Wednesday
closing price of $13.48, that values thinkorswim shares at about $8.71 per
share."
SWIM currently trading at $8.34, current market cap $555M, up 47% today.

不过10%以下的空间太小了，而且这种一命换一命的得两头都上，成本就翻番了。

幸好我唯一上了的就是CEG，而且还上了三次，这年头，也就敢相信WEB了

在意。有好硬币被别人捡了也不用气馁。
