return as -37% on a straight down slope.
It only beats -37% if one invests at the bottom, followed by a rising.
In another word, personal return should be directly comparable to NAV
return of a fund.

so i use several funds to do the trick.
ytd about -10% now.

I only modified future contributitions. There is no restriction there.
If Vanguard doesn't have that restriction I would have sold VFIFX as well,
which will magnify the effect of market timing.
