发帖数: 1342 | 7 If he/she was asking index fund, FXI and CAF are the way to go. FXI is
larger I think.
Mutual fund is a totally different animal, most mutual funds can not beat
index or benchmark. Matthew fund has been in the business for a while, but I
don't know what's their main stratety and current investments. Personally I
felt LFC (China Life) is a better proxy to get exposure to China. They main
invest in bonds though (less than 20% in stocks).

比如俺在fidelity买MCHFX小额分期买也不用交交易费吗？
现在真想买点中国fund，本来想买caf，但是想到如果俺DCA，每次比如买很少量的，也
要每次叫交易费吗？比如在scottrade。。。每次交7刀？

对了，中国的A股和一般的股票有区别么？

Otherwise what do mutual fund managers eat :D
A share is no different from H share, although the price could be different,
and the market has its own characteristics and rules (such as daily 10% up/
down limit). Generally A share is more expensive than H share (same stock).
But there is exceptions.

Last friday, I sold 2/3 shares to take profits. I plan to keep the rest
shares forever.
I also have FXI, it seems that its price doesn't change very much during the
day. |
