都是在瞎扯什么需求供应之类

It has nothing to do with 美国政府 or 保持经济恢复的趋势.
It's more about the expectation of inflation.
However, an important reason of the recent drop in oil price was indeed
due to the talk that government want to regulate oil speculation.
