These guys are just genius, where can you recruit all of them? With $8K
government credit for its 3.5% downpayment, that is precisely the same
formula blew up Bear, Lehman, AIG, Fannie and Freddie. FHA was established
to make housing affordable in US, but now it is being used to prop up the

rate, 3.5% down with house price falling. A recipe for disaster. Take it

No, they all know the problem very well. They just pretend that everything
is fine. They have been fully controlled by the tax payer robbery machine in
