工资攒下的钱，一年3万吧，过几年（>3）买房. 想问一下是存
Rewordchecking(APY=4.1)合适还是买BondETF (LQD,HYG)合适? BOND我会在Roth IRA里

经历过2008和2009前几个月，现在胆子小了，对stock不感冒了

rate hike the second half of this year.
In that case, all the Bonds or ETFs with bond underlines are gonna have a
blood bath.
Does my concern make sense?

发帖数: 710 | 9 I understand your concern, first, I feel 2nd half of year a rate hike is
unlikely, if economy is really recovering stably in Fed's eye, I am thinking
maybe beginning of next yr, there might be 0.25% rise (just my wild guess),
second, a rate hike like 0.25% will have around 1% performance effect on
bond fund (I remember reading one article saying that 1% interest rate hike
would bring 4.3% down on bond performance). I wouldn't call it blood bath,
but still a risk to consider.
