现在换到第二个雇主这里，正打算把这些401K转出来
年收入8万5，老婆没工作，带一个小孩，个人觉得应该是bracket比较低 但是在加州
州税有点高
拿不定主意是roll over rooth（操作上是不是得先traditional在roth？）还是traditional
IRA
希望哪位牛人给分析一下
也希望大家推荐一下该roll over到哪里 vanguard 还是fiedelity 或者firsttrade？

But if you haven't made up your mind yet, why not first roll it into a
traditional IRA, and then decide on the proper time to convert it to a Roth
IRA later?
Vanguard is my recommendation. |

这样相当于晚几个月缴税？
You can convert in January, and pay tax next year in April, for maximal tax
deferral.
Beside MF, Vanguard ETFs are commission-free if traded at Vanguard.
You want to trade stocks in long-term investments such as IRAs?

choice to distribute the tax to two years? Thanks
It seems that trading stocks in IRAs is not a good idea, right? But the roth
IRA does not have tax on return, that is so tempting.
