IEF - iShares Barclays 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Fund
好象有3%,基本可以保值本金.

连MINT, BSV这样的short term moneymarket fund都有波动的说。
既然是emergency fund，还是老老实实存saving吧。

发帖数: 1962 | 4 bond fund 还是有风险的，完全有可能亏钱。
而且现在买 treasury 风险还很大。
1% 的 saving 其实已经很不错了，money market fund 好像现在根本就没啥利息。

bond yield 4.6%. The worst case scenario, 4.6% for the first 6 mo., 0% for
the next 6% mo., last 3 mo. interest penalty you redeem it within 5-yr, but
in this case is 0, you end up with 2.3%.
