short term gains, you are in the wrong message board. If you do not like S&P
500 index, that usually means you want to get rich fast. As a result, you
will lose your money fast because you are not good at stocks.

Bill Staton). You can find this book in your local lib. You should read
this book before you decide to buy S&P 500 index. After you read this book (
or you have no time reading this book), and assuming that you still have no
idea how to invest your money, you should just buy SPY.

房投资在波士顿的出租地区，一套房至少cash flow 350元，一共1400元.
在康州最好的学区之一Simsbury townhouse 2房一厅才900元租金，900元一般连地税和
保险都不够交，如果自己买房。需不需要我介绍这个townhouse给你？
就算在波士顿学区好的apartment不一定比学区差的贵很多，如果居住环境差不多.主要
好学区交通不方便。
你现在学懂了吗？

受的，例如住在康州，投资房在波士顿和纽约这是很正常的事。
