另外，如果都是BOND，那ETF是不是应该比MF好一些？毕竟ER要低很多啊，而且流动性好

all of these mf's are the same, though. so the exp ratio difference is
realized by the dividend difference?

They can manipulate long-term bond market, but it's not completely
under their control. Long-term bond fund has a huge risk right
now. You'd better be careful.
And again, I strongly suggest you go with classic Mutual Funds
instead of ETFs.
