发帖数: 696 | 1 要进入401K， 我们公司用的是ING。现在不认为是好的时机，想先把钱放在FIXED
ACCOUNT，这个ACCOUNT 有1 - 3%的利息，想等到合适的时机再把这个帐户的钱拿去买
其它的FUNDS和BONDS。但不知道可不可以，有什么限制没有。不太理解下面话的意思，
有知道的请帮忙解释一下。多谢了。
Transfers within the contract are limited to the 'window,'
which varies, but will never be less than 10 percent of the
balance in the ING Fixed Account as of the date of transfer,
reduced by any prior transfers made during the same
calendar year. Withdrawals from the ING Fixed Account are
not subject to this window limitation, and may be made for
any reason, subject to plan or Internal Revenue Code
limitations. However, for contracts with a withdrawal fee
schedule, the withdrawal may be subject to a withdrawal
