后者（FIBAX）比前者（BTTRX）的Average Annual Returns低，怎么Returns排名还很
高？

MORNINGSTAR CATEGORY: Long Government
那说明它投资的是长期项目。那么买家也是随便取钱吗？如果随便取钱，又不能达到长
期投资的策略，怎么办？

it's probably not a bad idea for you to do your diligence and have a good
understanding of zero coupon bond first, and set your expectations properly.
It doesn't matter how much the past performance of this fund had. It's
holding zeroes and will mature and liquidate in 2025 as the name suggests.
It should be fairly easy to calculate how much discount you're getting at
any given time. Whether it's worthwhile, everyone has his/her own opinion
and valuation, and it's the different opinions that make the market. As you
can probably imagine, the closer it gets to 2025, the smaller discount you'
ll get. On the plus side, the less it will be affected by changes of
interest rate and will have smaller fluctuations.

我特意看了一下它的description，没有涉及特殊的买卖fund的规定。
想来和普通fund差不多。
如果任由investor买卖，那么它怎么达到这个特殊的投资目标的呢？
