to open another shop at this age, rather to show his detractors that he is
that good as a bond trader even at the end of his exemplary career.

to beat the index in long-term. For emerging market and small caps, the
chances are better, for non-treasuries bonds, the chances are much better.
Bill beat benchmark by nearly 2% annualized before fees, and more than 1%
after fees.
