to make sure borrower is actually using it as residence rather than rental
property, I doubt they would actually do that. And there isn't deliberate
deception on your side, so I don't see a problem.
On the other hand, remote landlording might be a pain in the neck. Make sure
you screen tenants carefully, or hire a good management company. I would
choose to sell.

1)Lender:由于自住房是primary house , 享有最好的贷款利率,而rental house 则
不同,lender感觉风险加大,因此需要你放置不等的deposit, 也许是3个月(包括月
供,保险,房产税),也许是6个月的费用,你需要联系LENDER搞清楚。
2)insurace: 保险种类不同,会增加险种。
3) hoa: 通知是必须的。
