这个是本人自己公司的401k账户
当时一看到就晕了，拿了我老妈的账户直接复制粘贴
那么问题来了，去年还有10%，今年只剩下2%了ytd
我其实不怕2%。。。就怕明年剩下-%。。。。
在此本人虚心求教各位先达，怎么样放401k才能不赔钱
呃。。。其实还是想赚钱

anymore. I would suggest 100% in stable value and you wait.
and I also agree with others that we don't know when the correction Will
happen and bear market Will come. but after 7 years of bull market and no
correction for 3 years. I Will put 0 dollar to work right now. risk to earn
2% while you might lose 10%? no thanks.

，结果都没看到。。。
如果你的要求是决不能亏钱，其实SVF 也未必能，insurer 也可以翘辫子，你放狗查一
下就知道了。
我不确定会不会把你往沟里带，不过另一个选项是从你的list里查 “Self Managed
Account”，开一个，然后build cd ladder.
不过FDIC 也可能破产...
差点忘了跟你说，就算存CD，考虑上通货膨胀，基本算是确定亏钱了。

Now you have
Stock:fixed income = 70/30
Us:international = 70/30
US large:US mid - small =75:25 as market cap weighted.
You may lose money in short term. It's ok, don't worry. Stay there.
Make sure expense for these funds are less than 0.5%.
Problem with timing market is you need to time it right twice: when to exit,
and when to get back in. Some people are still sitting at sideline after 08
crash and can't find a good time to get back in.
I started investing in 2006. Made a little, lost some in 2008. Some account
didn't come back until 2011. It was all fine. It would be worse if I decided
to stay out until market settles. Coz you never know it has "settled".

want total international, supplement it in roth ira. I would think for short
term it's ok.
Google "boglehead 3 fund portfolio" for rationale behind this allocation.
You can tweak it after understanding the basics.
There are more than one way to Dublin. Key is to have a plan and stick with
it.
