怎么向自己学校的国际中心证明我有个volunteer工作呢.
如果像offer letter一样的书面证明,怎么写啊?
有人是同样情况的吗? 怎么处理的呢?

发帖数: 231 | 2 I have some concerns on applying OPT based on a volunteer researcher
position in a lab. I was going to do the same thing and talked to my ISO
advisor last week. She mentioned that if the professor pays RAship to other
students in the lab who are doing similar work, then it is against the labor
law to use such a position for OPT. She said her office will not check on
the position as long as we understand the rules, but we may be in trouble if
USCIS decides to audit someday..
