have any experience of hiring international employers, I have to DIY or
find a lawyer myself.
Now my problem is, my salary is below the prevailing wage found at
[flcdatacenter.com] website, and 2 lawyers I've contacted said that I
cannot get H1B in this case.
However, this is very common in my field (architecture/landscape
architecture) -- many entry level workers can't reach the indicated

i talked with my boss and she said she'll put me under another title
category which requires far less salary. my concern is: will i be
disapproved because i'm "overqualified" for that title with my degree?
another question:
what should i put in the "begin date" on the LCA form? i assume this date
should be the date since when the visa will take effect. since i'm right
now in OPT, can i put the "begin date" as the end date of my OPT (which is
July 2010)?
