looking for qualified candidates;
2. Both CS major and Non-CS major are welcome. CS major will receieve 9 week
training and non-cs will receieve 16 week (first 7 week will be C lang)
3. Interview questions for CS and non-CS are different. CS will focus on
C/C++ questions, non-CS will focus on your experience and projects
(e.g., matlab projects)

But you need tos show that you have an intereste in programming
If you have matlab, R, SAS programming experience, it
would be good enough for non-cs major

and normally everyone passed. There will be exactly one slot waiting for
everyone after the training class.
Only if you did really really bad in the training, you may got kicked out..

发帖数: 2583 | 11 not really, I know many non-CS candidates got C/C++ questions during
interviews...
my feeling is that they actually recruit people on "waves", meaning
they may recruit more aggressively during the 2~3 weeks right before
a class begins (oftentimes they have to fill up the empty seats before
the class begins), and during other times it could be much harder.
