一个小公司给了offer，里面对Medicare是这么说的，
Health insurance coverage is available with a 90 day waiting period. ACSB
contributes to the health insurance premium. Your cost is determined by the
health plan you select, which would range between $XX.00-$XXX.00 per payroll
check.
我以前只遇到过401(k)有waiting period，为什么Medicare也有？不是都是withhold自
己paycheck的嘛。这样的话，前三个月万一生病了岂不是都没有coverage。
要求今天之前回复，结果offer letter昨天下午快下班了才来到，口头的早就给了，还
是我主动要求他们出一封letter，说明salary和benefit package。结果HR那封信也写
得很简单，公司有没有match up也没写在上面。
