第一步不是要先去申请LCA么? 可是那个网站不让注册新的ID了？死活找不到注册新ID
的地方。而用去年公司的ID竟然也登陆不进去。大家如果申请LCA,怎么弄得呢？怎么能
申请新的account,否则旧账户登陆不进去，新的又申请不了，那怎么拿LCA?
就是这个网站吧？！

and file pwd/lca at http://icert.doleta.gov/ with the company
information such as company address, point of contact's title/phone/DOB,
company EIN, NACIS code etc.
I remember there has been a new rule since November 5, 2009,
that if your LCA takes more than seven business days to process
at dol after you've filed LCA electronically, you can file h1b with
lca pending. I am not sure though. You can double check with authorities
on this. |
