firm and the owner told me that he won't revoke my H1B work visa if it's
going to help me. He is still going to pay corporate tax and keep the
company "alive", but will close the operation.
My question is, if he doesn't report, will the Immigration Office know that
I am out of status? What does it mean by "paying corporate tax"? He said
that means "the company is still a going concern as far as all the legal

I know what I am asking now is not optimal, but at least if it's a

INS 好像转 H1B 要查最近的 paycheck，保证你没有黑。
建议你马上找律师，把所有的问题问清楚先。good luck and cheer up
