做的都差不多,ASIC前端。大公司相对较稳,以后就算跳槽,经验的认可度也更高。
startup更有挑战性,所做的工作横向跨度也更广,这样学到的东西也更多,另外
startup的好处就是可以更好得了解公司的运作,以便自己以后独立发展。
想听听其他朋友的高见。

怎么去判断公司的潜力?

If you are comparing companies like Nvidia, Broadcom to startups that are
working on something which probably won't even come to fruition, then of
course go with the big company. If the startup is well funded, has a solid
potential customer base and interest, and is giving you the opportunity to
develop full ASIC cycle skills, then go with the startup. |

startup很可能什么都学不会。 |

身边有这种刚毕业就觉得想进startup全方位磨练的
结果去了都是贡献青春 每个方向的活都做了不少 结果等公司壮大了 还是会找专门作
某一个方面很多年的人来一点点取代你的工作权限 然后当然是越来越不值钱 |
