in technology department. c++ 是interview的重点. 希望招一个能力马做
develop,support,test的. 如果你没工作经验，也不是没希望。 公司很强调team
work. 你是不是拿到面试是由几个人同时决定的。如果拿到了面试，我再给点tutoring
把。招个这儿的xdjm总比a3强。 还有，部门在年底会迁到纽约。

发帖数: 72 | 5 周末太忙了，才有机会上网。一打开email密密痳麻一堆resume.不少还是很有份量的，
可有些简历实在是离requirement 太远了。给了一点建议。 如果你没有四年以上的金
利，就应吹吹C++, linux, python, boost to enhance your chance (看看job
requirement). 有些resume居然还有不少typo. Sigh, 你让我咋能把你的简历推荐给
同事。我也不时recruiter, 还是要靠虑我的reputation. 尽力今天我给大家的email
都回复le。 大家努力，总能find your dream job.

发帖数: 72 | 6 今天开会拿了不简历给同事看。有不少是fresh graduate,害得好几个同事问我是不是
开了人头公司了。如果你没有四年以上工作经验就不再递了。以后有机会再post. 公
司还准备在盐湖城招几个junior，不过还在等budget. 等定了在给大家说吧。
还有今天review了好几个A3的简历，真tmd琐碎呀，连run了一个别人的testcase也能写
上两行。还好没给interview的机会。:)
