我现在真是焦头烂额了，我只能申请今年h1b,opt不能extend，现在都快要九月份了，
前两天一个公司拒绝我，原因是我只能申今年的h1b，他们怕出了问题，所以突然担心
起来了。。。
我想先找个icc申h1b |

not help now. There are lots of restrictions on H1B application from ICC. If
some ICC really applies H1B for you, then they are lying to USCIS or
cheating on you. |

发帖数: 1707 | 6 For ICC who wants to file H1B for you, they should find a project for you
first. You have to be on this project for at least 2-3 months and you are
on their payroll for 2-3 months. After that, they can file H1B for you to
claim the employer-employee relationship with you.
Usually it takes averagely 3-6 months to get a project. Some bad ICC might
never find a project for you. Even you join a very good ICC, your time is
not enough.
