（2）我觉得negotiate要从以下几个角度讲：(a) 该行业的salary range, 证明你是
undervalued; (b) 你有其他的offer在手
（这个最好用了）；(c) 要表现的灵活些，不要只看年薪，还应该考虑福利，如假期，
保险，退休金等。
还有尽量才用拖延战术，hold手里的offer; 同时等其他offer. 形势可能瞬息万变哦

finished another onsite interview one week ago for another Fortune 100
company, which told me they need one to two weeks to select. Should I ask
the big company whether I should postpone the reply to the startup company
and wait for their selection result? How to say it?
Any suggestions? Please hurry, I have only one day to wait.
