Data Warehouse Architect
We are looking for a hard core technical person who has very good experience
in business objects in data warehouse arena. Needs to write code.
Job Requirements:
5-7 years of recent work experience in the following:
· Designing, developing, maintaining and supporting data warehouse
and multidimensional databases for BI/Decision Support applications, with
an understanding of Kimball methodologies of dimensional modeling; Utilizing
MS SQL Server 2005/2008 Database, MS SSIS, MS SSAS tools;
· Writing complex SQL queries & writing complex stored procedures
using T-SQL;
· Designing and developing complex ETL packages using MS SSIS;
· Tuning SQL queries & SQL Server database.
· Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines.
· Occasional mentoring and review of team members’ work.
· Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.
· Expected to perform on-call duties.
· 5-8 years experience.
· Provide status updates for completing stakeholder status reports.
· May assist in creating stakeholder status reports.
· Accept task with ability to design and code complex tasks
independently
ETL Developer II
Very strong in ETL (SQL Server,T-SQL & SSIS)
Experience working with large databases.
Experience w/ MS SQL Server, MS SSIS and ETL

This position will be a higher level and will need to be very technical.
Strong knowledge of Business Objects, Business Intelligence and Data Ware
housing applications in design, development and implementation. This
position is 90% design & development. Must have design, development and
administration experience.
Business Objects Developer
Experience with 1 or more of the following: Universe, Webi Reports,
Dashboards and Crystal reports in designing, developing, maintaining and
supporting Business Objects.

This is an exempt position
Under general supervision and using established procedures and policies
applies intermediate skills to create moderately complex user friendly web
applications. Works with users and team members to deploy both content and
data-driven websites on-schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
· Under general supervision and using established procedures and
policies applies intermediate skills to create moderately complex data-
driven web applications.
· Troubleshoots, debugs, implements and maintains existing web
applications.
· Designs, builds, and tests new web applications using
established standards.
· Works in a team environment to meet project deadlines and report
status updates to IT management and business users on a timely basis.
· Consistently demonstrates a desire to advance their web
application knowledge by gradually assuming more responsibility on projects
and support issues.
· Comprehends web application knowledge and/or experience
limitations and is comfortable referring more complex issues to higher
levels for guidance and/or resolution; works closely with senior developers
to gain knowledge of ADM’s business processes and applies that knowledge to
projects.
Competencies:
· 3-5 years of work experience with interactive data driven
websites on a Microsoft IIS platform and a four-year degree in an I.T.
related field or equivalent competency is required.
· 3-5 years of work experience in HTML, JavaScript, Classic ASP/
ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server/DB2 relational database design & development
required. Experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server/DB2 stored procedures and
Crystal Reports desired.
Physical requirements:
· Extensive keyboard operations, sitting and communicating by
phone,
· willing to complete projects within specified deadlines,
· work occasional weekends and holidays,
· perform on-call duties and locate within a 40-50 minute commute
of Decatur, IL. Occasional travel by air may be required. |
