发帖数: 1956 | 1 My H1B PP case was just submitted by the university. The university told me:
"DOL usually takes at least 8 wks to process the prevailing wage
documentation (less, if we are lucky), plus another 7-10 business days to
process the next portion of the process. Then, the last step is the forms
are sent to the Dept of Immigration for final processing."
I am worrying a lot because my F-1 grace period will end in the middle of
February, and I do not have OPT anymore.

application? Why I saw in other people's case, it takes 10 days for the LCA? |
