能不能说说$115K是个什么水平，4人之家会不会很紧张。好点的学区2000ft^2的房子能
负担起？

income for your family unless you are willing to live a very budget-tight
life. |

$115k base you will get 130K or 135k total normally.
If you get $135k a year, it is still OK. |

I would suggest you to live a little bit north to south Fremont area (warm
springs) where schools are better and housing is a little more expensive.
The problem with Milpitas schools is that there are too many Vietanese
immigrations. A lot of their kids have bad (hygenie) habits. :-)

elementary school area with 600K. If you want live in a area with good high
school, (Fremont Mission, Cupertino,Palo Alto), it will cost you a fortune,
at least 900K. You can check www.zillow.com |
