Every morning, when you go to work, the first thing you need prepare is if
you boss let you go, what you should put in your box.
There are only three cases company will fire employees:
1. economy is bad, cut cost
2. economy is good, but management team need more bonus
3. ecomony is flat, but the management team needs "performance improvement"
