看了ice上opt 的policy，说
7.2.1. What types of employment are allowed for regular pre- and post-
completion OPT?
All OPT employment, including post-completion OPT, must be in a job that is
related to the student’s degree program.
For students who are not on a 17-month extension, this employment may
include:
Unpaid employment. A student may work as a volunteer or unpaid intern, where
this practice does not violate any labor laws. The work must be at least 20
hours per week for a student on post-completion OPT. A student must be able
to provide evidence acquired from the student’s employer to verify that
the student worked at least 20 hours per week during the period of
employment.
我觉得我的情况是符合unpaid employment. 但学校iso说不算，大家有没有什么建议啊

我也是怎么跟他们说的，他们就说Volunteering cannot be used to denote
employment information in SEVIS.
然后又说
The amount of time is irrelevant in this instance because you are
volunteering and not *working*. You must be working as a full-time
employee while on OPT. If you are working part-time for one employer then
you should also be working part-time for another to equal full-time
employment. All of this was explained at the time of OPT application and
you have signed paperwork agreeing to be compliant with the guidelines
governing OPT.
等我给他们发了条款之后，他们就说
When you applied we did post-completion full-time employment. You are
currently not compliant.
之后我给他们发邮件也不理我。我现在都不知道要怎么说才能让他们明白。 |

正规的公司还是要去坐班的，当然你可以晚到早走
我老婆以前去过家附近的一个，托朋友进去的，给了offer letter（没钱的，哈哈），
各种手续都办
了，完全按照employee的流程走的，感觉公司很正规
后来做了一个星期别的地方就拿到offer走了，挺可惜的
